Zoey’s Place is an equal-opportunity employer. We’re seeking a combined Forensic Interviewer and Family Advocate to join our team. This position pays $45,000-$50,000 and is salaried and exempt. This position is responsible for providing developmentally and culturally appropriate and legally defensible forensic interviews of child victims of physical/sexual abuse, domestic violence, and neglect. This position is also responsible for victim advocacy support to children and families of children who are suspected of being victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, or who have witnessed violent crimes.  This position will coordinate services and provide referrals when needed.  This role is primarily a grant-funded position.  Essential Responsibilities Forensic Interviewer Family Advocacy Education and Experience Requirements Other Requirements Background Checks Employment is contingent on background checks as required by Zoey’s Place’s policies which may include: Drug Test, Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Employment Verification, Education Verification, and Professional References DCS Background Check Level A1 – Will provide & bill direct services under DCS contract.
