Crystal Wiley, MSW, MS!!
Crystal is the Executive Director of Zoey’s Place Child Advocacy Center.
Crystal holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology from Marian University. She has over 20 years of diverse experience in the field of child welfare, child protection, Indiana Department of Child Services, residential treatment, foster care and Title IV-E federal funding and audits.
Crystal is a distinguished customer centric strategist, with experience in developing services, operations and programs within both profit and non-profit sectors. Crystal excels at leading and collaborating with teams from diverse social and cultural communities and building partnerships with internal and external agencies to facilitate high quality standards in service provision. Furthermore, Crystal is skilled in researching and evaluating issues to create and implement effective solutions. Crystal has a passion for evaluating procedures and devising improved efficiencies and cost-effective initiatives.
Crystal is the first Executive Director for Zoey’s Place and is looking forward to bringing her knowledge, education and experience to creating a successful independent 501 (c)(3) Child Advocacy Center to serve Hancock County community partners, children, families and the surrounding areas.
